Since May, 2004 the UNICEF has helped to establish 133 health clinics, vaccinate more than 2 million children against
the measles and set up 45 feeding clinics. They also bulid 1,688 classrooms. UNICEF and It's partners have also helped nearly
a million people gain access to safe water. UNICEF has been working to protect and provide for the needs of Darfur's children
and women since the beginning of the conflict despite major security issues that frequently risk the safe delivery of lifesaving
food, water and medical supplies.
